Privacy Policy (English)

This website collects the contact details a user provides in order to give an initial legal response and to schedule a meeting.

What is collected

• Details entered in the contact form: name, phone, email and the content of the inquiry.
• Technical usage details such as the referring page and the contact channel (phone/WhatsApp/form).
• WhatsApp messages sent to the firm: the message content, the phone number and name shown in it, and the time of the message. These messages may be stored in the firm's ShayAI system together with the inquiry details.

Purpose

The information, including stored WhatsApp correspondence, is used to handle the inquiry and the legal matter for which it was provided, to document the inquiry, to improve the service and to measure site performance.

Cookies, measurement and consent

The site uses cookies and measurement tools — Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads and Meta Pixel — and an internal measurement system of our own (ShayAI) intended to understand client inquiries and improve the service.

Consent mechanism: a cookie banner is shown on the first visit. Non-essential measurement follows Google Consent Mode: for visitors from the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it is off by default until explicit approval; you can accept or decline at any time through the banner. Declining disables the internal measurement and does not create a visitor identifier.

What is collected subject to consent: pages viewed and time spent on them, scroll depth, referral source (including advertising campaign identifiers such as gclid), device and browser type, language and time zone, approximate country/city location derived from the IP address, and an anonymous visitor identifier stored in the browser to recognise returning visits. We do not collect a name or phone number this way — you provide those only when you contact us.

Retention and control: inquiry data, including WhatsApp correspondence stored in ShayAI, is retained for handling the inquiry and the legal matter, subject to the retention obligations that apply to the firm as a law firm. You may contact us at any time to access, correct or delete the information.

Data deletion requests

To request deletion of data held by the firm and the ShayAI system, including WhatsApp correspondence, see the data deletion instructions. Requests can be made by email, WhatsApp or phone; they are reviewed by the firm and are not executed automatically when the page is opened.
